We collaborate with artisans who preserve the traditional techniques of Silk Saree weaving, ensuring our customers receive the highest quality products. Our commitment to quality is evident in the fact that all our sarees are made from pure silk and undergo testing to ensure the quality of their Zari. Each saree is carefully curated, featuring unique colours and designs. We have sarees that are vintage to ones that are modern and contemporary.
We are an online-only boutique. You can place your orders through our website. For some pieces, we would also enable orders through Instagram DM.
Our pieces are shipped to you after your payment and order confirmation on the website. We strive to ship all orders within 2 days of order confirmation. We would be leveraging some of the leading courier service providers to ship your sarees.
We accept returns if there is a manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong product. If your package appears to have been tampered with, please do not accept delivery.
For any manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments, please ensure you record an unboxing video as proof. Mail us at service@tanmayasilks.com for any assistance.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the saree is unused and in its original condition, along with packaging and all the tags.
