Shipping and Returns Policy
Domestic Shipping
For Domestic Shipping we leverage service providers such as IndiaPost or DTDC. There are no additional charges for Domestic Shipping.
International Shipping
For International Shipping we charge you the shipping charges based on the Country of delivery. The prices would appear during check out. We would leverage service providers like DTDC / Ship Rocket. Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes or additional charges applicable in the destination country must be paid by the customer directly to the courier partner.
Refunds and Returns
We only accept returns if there is a manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong product. If your package appears tampered with, please do not accept delivery. For any manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments, please ensure you record an unboxing video as proof. Mail us on service@tanmayasilks.com for any assistance.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the saree is unused and in original condition along with packaging and all the tags.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after inspection; shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customised orders cannot be returned.
Please note that our sarees are Handloom. With handloom, there could always be minor variations in color, weave patterns, texture and finish. These are not considered as manufacturing defects.
