At Tanmaya Silks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns if there is a manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong product. If your package appears tampered with, please do not accept delivery. For any manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments, please ensure you record an unboxing video as proof. Mail us at service@tanmayasilks.com for any assistance.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the saree is unused and in original condition along with packaging and all the tags.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after inspection; shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customised orders cannot be returned.
Handloom Products
Please note that our sarees are Handloom. With handloom, there could always be minor variations in color, weave patterns, texture and finish. These are not considered as manufacturing defects.
