At Tanmaya Silks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns if there is a manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong product. If your package appears tampered with, please do not accept delivery.
For any manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments, please ensure you record an unboxing video as proof. Mail us at service@tanmayasilks.com for any assistance.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the saree is unused and in its original condition, along with packaging and all the tags.

If you have a customised order, such products cannot be returned.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after inspection to the same mode used for payment or an equivalent amount as a voucher that could be used on our website to make another purchase.

Please note that any shipping charges applicable are non-refundable.

Handloom Products
Please note that our sarees are Handwoven. With handwoven sarees, there could always be minor variations in colour, weave patterns, texture and finish. These are not considered manufacturing defects.
